Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Steingau-Huifich (2nd amendment)” of the city of Owen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Steingau-Huifich (2nd amendment); Steingaustr.16, there is no 1st change; Usage: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA).
