Urban planning statutes in the state of Brandenburg

Description

Areas of application of the urban planning statutes of the municipalities in the state of Brandenburg with the estates - legally effective - decided or approved - in the preparation procedure with a positive land-planning opinion - in the preparation procedure, without a land-planning opinion. The data are collected in the context of participations of the spatial planning authority in the respective procedure or through additional research by the State Office for Building and Transport. Further information on the contents can only be provided by the respective municipalities.
