The map of biomass estimate of Benthosema glaciale
was created using the output of the NorweCom model. NorweCom is a spatial population dynamic model which has been developed for mesopelagic fish species living in the North-East Atlantic (Benthosema glaciale). The map is a yearly average of the distribution of biomass, please note the distribution of biomass varies in time.
