Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. As a general rule, the development plan is to be developed from the land use plan. The data available are the development plan “Steingau-Huifich (6th change)” of the town of Owen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Steingau-Huifich (6th amendment); Steingaustr., Sibyllenweg; Usage: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA), § 4a Special Residential Areas (WB).
