Spatial distribution of nitrogen dioxide concentration on two profiles in Tyrol
Description
From January 2004 to January 2005 measurements of the concentration of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) were carried out on two profiles in North Tyrol with passive collectors. The aim of the measurements was to record the spatial concentration distribution at locations with different horizontal and vertical distances from the Inn Valley or from significant nitrogen oxide emitters. The comparison with NO2 measurements with continuous measuring instruments (this is the reference method according to the Immission Control Act Air - IG-L) at the measuring stations operated according to IG-L of the Office of the Tyrolean Provincial Government and the Federal Environment Agency also allows statements about the comparability of NO2 measurement using passive collectors for continuous measurement using chemiluminescence.
