Renewable Energy Atlas Flanders - Additional potential heat production from specific biomass streams - REV2030 scenario
Description
This map layer is part of the Renewable Energy Atlas Flanders. ‘In the ‘Space for Energy Flanders 2030’ scenario (REV2030), only the potential for pocket fermentation is taken into account for the additional production potential from biomass. Stables that have more than 1000 tonnes of cattle and/or veal manure are eligible. Given current trends, the maximum potential in this REV2030 scenario will be limited to 2% by 2030. For more background information, see the report. The results are presented here at the level of the municipalities. A number of municipalities carry the label ‘confidential’ in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the Manure Bank data. The figures per municipality can also be consulted in the attached table."
