Description

Contained within the 4th Edition (1974) of the Atlas of Canada is a map that shows sites of extracting operations, sites of processing plants and mineral types for industrial mineral operations for Western Canada in 1970. The map is accompanied by a set of graphs showing the value of industrial minerals as a percentage of territorial values for the provinces and the territories.
