City of Duisburg: Purchase price collection
Description
In the purchase price collection pursuant to § 192 et seq. BauGB, the Expert Committee for Land Values in the City of Duisburg records all contracts through which ownership of a land is transferred. It evaluates the data and determines ground benchmarks and other data necessary to determine the value.
