The development plan Rotherbaum 3 for the area of application Sedanstraße-Westseite Grindelallee-Beim Schlump- Grindelberg- Hallerstraße-from the eastern boundary of the parcel 147 via the parcels 147, 85, 86, 7, 87, 88, 90, 89 of the Rotherbaum district to the slide-via the parcels 82, 135, 81, 228, 74, 73, 142 and 261 of the Rotherbaum district to Heinrich-Barth-Straße (district Eimsbüttel, district 311) is established.
