LGRB-BW ISONG: Excavation at 1-2 m depth
Description
The excavability of the subsoil is derived from the petrographic description of the soil map 1: 50000 (BK50) and the Geological Map 1: 50000 (GK50) derived. If solid rock or block-bearing loose rock is then found in the first metre, the subsoil is assessed as not or very difficult to dig. If there is shy loose rock between the first and second metre, or in places of solid rock or block-bearing loose rock, the subsoil can only be digd to a limited extent. Even if the substrate is considered to be digable, there may be local restrictions. Within settlements, however, only the geological map is not available, so the uncertainty of the data is increased.
