Installations for the management of waste from extractive industries
Description
The information included in this service includes:
- Location of the extractive waste management facility.
- Type of facility being reported on (raft, heap, dam), according to the classification of article 3 of Royal Decree 975/2009.
- Type of waste deposited in the installation according to the list of LER codes in Decision 2000/532/EC.
- Type of waste managed in the installation (inert; non-dangerous inert; dangerous), in accordance with the criteria set out in Annex I to Royal Decree 975/2009.
- Classification of the mining waste facility (category A; yes or no), in accordance with the criteria set out in Annex II to Royal Decree 975/2009.
- Operational phase of the operation associated with the mining waste (in operation, decommissioning, post-closure maintenance)
- Use of the waste and, where appropriate, place (outside or inside the installation) where it is used.
