Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): GAEC 2 Background The area backdrop for the ‘minimum protection of wetlands and peatlands’ pursuant to Section 11(1) of the GAP Conditionalities Regulation (GAPKondV) comprises soils pursuant to Section 11(3)(1) of the GAPKondV, each of which has a contiguous area of at least 1,000 m2. In the preparation of the area backdrop, soils were used that correspond to the class marks of soil estimation established by the Federal Government in accordance with the Soil Estimation Act. - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0+
