Description
Areas with unsealing potential exist where the natural soil functions are no longer available or only limited due to sealing. Natural soil functions include, among other things, the functions as part of water and nutrient cycles (e.g. new groundwater formation) or as a degradation, balancing and building medium (e.g. carbon sink or cooling capacity).
