Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Dammpfad 1. Change” of the city of Eppelheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Areas for ancillary installations, which can also be expanded for residential purposes, priority use NGA.
