Description

Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 4-076 entered into force on 20 May 2011. Its scope lies in the Günterstal district. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
