Flood risk areas in the state of Brandenburg
Description
This WMS service shows the flood risk area landscape in the state of Brandenburg.
The service includes three flood scenarios, each as a single layer.
HQ high (high probability flood): Floods with a return interval of 10 or 20 years.
HQ medium (mean probability flood): Floods with a return interval of 100 years.
HQ-extreme (extreme event): Floods with a recurrence interval of 200 years and assumed failure of existing flood protection systems.
The data is provided by the State Office for the Environment of Brandenburg (Unit W16).
