Clarification and rounding of Grossthiemig
Description
For the location Großthiemig, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas are clearly identified and the areas included in the interior for the purpose of rounding off and extended rounding are defined. The admissibility of projects within the scope of these statutes is assessed in accordance with Paragraph 34 of the BauGB and Paragraph 4(2a) of the BauGBMeasuresG — Admissibility of projects within the context of built-in districts. Only residential use shall be permitted on the areas included under Paragraph 4(2a) of the BauGB MaßnahmenG.
