Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. As a general rule, the development plan is to be developed from the land use plan. The data available are the development plan “Blönrieder Straße-Süd” of the municipality of Ebersbach-Musbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the establishment of this development plan, the overall urban development of the south-western part of Ebersbach is initiated in this subsection. To the south, for this part of the village, a clear settlement and outskirts are demarcated and developed in accordance with the needs of agriculture.
