Description
the file contains data on foreign companies registered for each municipality in the Province of Lecce and broken down by economic activity, class of employees, sex, age, nationality and year of incorporation. Please note that non-EU entrepreneurs born in Switzerland were excluded from the calculation, as they are probably Italian citizens who were children of Salento emigrated to that country in the 1960s, and not Swiss citizens who settled in the province of Lecce.
