Development plan Alsterdorf 20 Hamburg

Description

The Alsterdorf 20 development plan for the area of application of Sengelmannstraße between Dorothea-Kasten-Straße and the U-Bahn bridge (district Hamburg-Nord, district 407) is adopted. The area is delimited as follows: Western boundary of parcel 1057, via parcel 737 (Rotbuchenstieg), western boundary of parcels 1572 and 1573, via parcel 88 (Heilholtkamp), western boundary of parcels 1098, 1112, 1046, 459, 458, 451, 452, 1086, 1080, 1050, 1045, northern boundary of parcel 1045, southwest boundary of parcel 1654, via parcels 1654, 1653 and 1148 (Sengelmannstraße), northeast boundary of parcel 1148, via parcel 1148 (bridge of the above-ground railway over Sengelmannstraße), southwest boundary of parcel 1148, south boundary of parcels 1055 and 1057 of the Alsterdorf district.
