Development plan Eidelstedt 11-Schnelsen 50 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Law on the development plan Eidelstedt 11/Schnelsen 50 of 5 April 1971 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 66) is amended as follows:
‘In the drawing presentation, the fixing of the building plot for common use (Sehlde) for the sub-area of parcels 553 and 554 (new parcel 4324) of the Eidelstedt area is changed to the establishment of a general residential area. For this residential area, a two-storey open construction with a base area of 0.3 and the number of floors of 0.6 is fixed. The slope of the roof surfaces shall not exceed 45 degrees. The northern and eastern boundary is determined at a distance of 10 m from the utilisation limit of the common demand area. Trees and shrubs present along the northern boundary shall be preserved.’
