Development plan Eidelstedt 11-Schnelsen 50 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the development plan Eidelstedt 11 / Schnelsen 50 of 5 April 1971 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt page 66) is amended as follows: "In the drawings, the definition of building land for public use (Sehlde) for the subareas of parcels 553 and 554 (new parcel 4324) of the Eidelstedt district is changed to the definition of general residential area. For this residential area, a two-storey open construction with the base area of 0.3 and the floor area of 0.6 is fixed. The slope of the roof surfaces must not exceed 45 degrees. The northern and eastern construction limits are determined at a distance of 10 m from the use limit of the common area. The trees and shrubs present along the northern boundary of the property shall be preserved."
