### Population
Health and welfare institutions: The population of production statistics consists of holdings belonging to the non-financial business sector. Companies with 10 employees or more and companies with ConGO indication are observed integrally. In the case of smaller holdings, depending on the allocation mechanism, there may be integral observation or observation on a sample basis.
