City, district and neighbourhood codes of additional residence objects (01-01-2023 - 01-01-2024)

Description

This component provides a link between other objects (RINOBJECT NUMBERS) and the municipality/neighborhood/neighborhood to which this object belongs (GWBCODENIETVSL_A). Other objects are objects that do not appear in the Basic Register of Addresses and Buildings (BAG) and have not been given a historical number. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/en-en/our-services/custom-and-microdata/microdata-self-research ### Methodology The GWBCODENIETVSL is year-dependent. For more information, see the description of this variable. In this component GWBCODENIETVSLYYYY is included as 'array' (GWBCODENIETVSL_A). That is, as far as possible within this single file, the GWBCODE of 1999 has been given for each object, but also that of 2000, 2001, 2002 etc. Even if an object only exists since, for example, 2004. As a result, figures can be made comparable successively with this file. Namely, by choosing the municipality/neighbourhood/neighbourhood classification of one year and keeping it constant, figures from different reference years can be calculated according to the chosen classification. The first four positions of the GWBCODEYYY are the municipality code, or the variable GEMJJYY. Using the procedure 'PARTICIPATIONST4' the GEMYYYY variable can be derived from the GWBCODEYYY. Unlike its ' counterpart', VSLGWB component, no distinction is made between provisional (' actual') and final ' coordinated' versions of the component. For the time being, it follows the updates of the GBAADRESOBJECTBUS. In the first version of a new year, the municipality code of the new year is included. The file is a cumulative timeless component. It does not refer to a specific period (year, quarter, etc.), but runs from the beginning of the data source (1998) to the 'present' (version date of the file). In each new version, records (RINOBJECT NUMBERS) are always added. The 8-digit coding of the GWBCODEYYY is made up of 4 digits for the municipality, 2 characters of the district and 2 characters of the neighborhood code. In more than 99 neighbourhoods in a municipality or in more than 99 neighbourhoods within a neighbourhood, the neighbourhood and/or neighbourhood code contains letters in addition to numbers. ### Population All objects that do not appear in the BAG and have not been given a historical number. In other words, all objects with a provenance (ORTOBJECTNUMBER) other than 'B' or 'H'.The population of this stock is a cumulative set of RINOBJECT NUMBERS. It includes at least all objects up to and including the version number of the component. So in NON-SSLGWBTABV2014091 there are objects that were issued until the beginning of September 2014. The starting point is that from the December bus (FYYYY121) the position on 1 January of the new year can also be derived. The exact date until which the population runs is stated in NON-SLIMWBTABHISTORY.docx (part of the standard documentation). New objects are added to this file periodically. The GWBCODE_A is also periodically extended with a new year. Under point '8. Methodology' it is stated how this is being addressed. As of the reporting year 2015, the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands has been included. Of the six islands, three have separate status within the Kingdom and the other three are special municipalities of the Netherlands. To indicate this difference with the other municipalities, the codes of the Caribbean municipalities start with a '3' instead of the usual '0' or '1'. As of the reporting year 2023, a fifth delivery has been added with which all (TYPE)RINOBJECT NUMBERS of the persons in the BRP annual bus of the Demography team are assigned a link with the municipality. The annual bus BRP defines population data as of 1 January of a reporting year. This delivery of the NIVSLGWBTAB is annually assigned the serial number 1, e.g. NIVSLGWBTAB2023V1.
