City Location of jobs in December (from 01-01-2023)

Description

This file contains the municipality code of the location of all jobs in December of the reporting year. Team Arbeidsmarkt makes the component GEMEENTESTPLJJJJTABVV. Here is filtered by the most likely work location of the employee's job, which was chosen after incorporating the opportunities per establishment. The other version of this component is the component GWBSTPLJJJJTABVV. Here, for each employee's job, there is a record for each branch/place of work that the respective company has and for which there is a significant chance that the job is located there. The population in this component is formed by the jobs of employees from the Polisadministratie, which run in December of a reference year. These jobs are distributed regionally using different sources: a municipality code of the working position shall be determined for each track record (the variable GWBCODESTPL). The main source for distributing the job records from the Polisadministratie regionally is the statistics 'Jobs of employees, by region '. This statistic shows the number of jobs per municipality per Standard Business Classification (SBI). The source for this is the Region survey, in which companies with more than one branch (according to the General Business Register (ABR)) are asked to indicate per branch municipality how many people are employed there, for the month of December. With the response of reporters, the jobs of employees from the Polisadministratie are distributed in December. The numbers per municipality of establishment are used as ratios to divide the jobs from the Polis per company BEID between municipalities of establishment, to aggregate and to publish them by, among other things, SBI classes. In statistics 'Jobs of employees, by region' however, a working region is not assigned to each job record at the micro level. The assignment of a micro-level work region is done using a regression model and an embedding module to calculate and publish figures on the commuting distance of workers' jobs. Like its predecessor, the NGEMSTPL, the GEMEENTESTPL component can be used to display the working municipality of track records. Prior to reporting year 2021, the DISTANCE VIEW variable was filled, but it was replaced by the new, improved DISTANCE VIEW variable as of reporting year 2021. REMOTE has also been included for 2021 and later, but as empty values. The same applies to the cancelled variable CODEIMPUTATION. Other variables that are new per reporting year 2021 are CODEAFSTANDGWB, KANSSTPL. The former indicates at which regional level the distance between place of residence and place of work has been established. KANSSTPL indicates the probability that the location is the actual work location of the job. For each employee job, there is a record for the chosen work location which is the most likely work location of the company to which the employee job belongs. Each record shows the estimated probability that this is the actual work location.
