This file contains the municipality code and the district code of the location of all jobs in December of the reporting year. This does not include jobs that are not distributed.
Team Labor & Wages make up the GEMWIJKSTPLJYYTABVV component. The population in this component is formed by the jobs of employees from the Polisadministratie, which run in December of a reference year. These jobs are distributed regionally using different sources: a municipality code and a district code of the place of work are determined for each track record (the variable GWBCODESTPL).
The main source for distributing the job records from the Polisadministratie regionally is the statistics 'Jobs of employees, by region '. This statistic shows the number of jobs per municipality per Standard Business Classification (SBI). The source for this is the Regio survey, in which companies with more than one establishment, according to the General Companies Register (ABR), are asked to indicate per municipality of establishment how many people are employed there, for the month of December. With the response of reporters, the jobs of employees from the Polisadministratie are distributed in December. The numbers per municipality of establishment are used as ratios to divide the jobs from the Polis per company BEID between municipalities of establishment, to aggregate them and to publish them by, among other things, SBI classes. In statistics 'Jobs of employees, by region' however, a working region is not assigned to each job record at the micro level.
The assignment of a work region at micro level is done in order to be able to calculate and publish figures on the commuting distance of workers' jobs. In the GEMWIJKSTPL component, the ABR and other auxiliary information are also used to determine, where possible, a district within the municipality where the place of employment/work location is located. Like its predecessor, the NGEMSTPL, the GEMWIJKSTPL component can be used to display the working municipality of track records.

### Methodology
Of the population of jobs of employees in December, the residential municipality and residential area from the BasisRegistratie Personen (BRP) are linked. From a person it is determined from the Polis at which business unit (BEID) someone works. The Region survey has calculated how many jobs that company has per municipality of establishment. The Region survey does not provide information about the district where a company is located. In order to provide more insight at a low-regional level, data on local branches of companies from the ABR are used. To this end, the local branches are linked to each BEID in the ABR. The following paragraphs in the annex first discuss how the capacity of BEID's at municipality and district level is calculated: the number of jobs per local business unit. Subsequently, the assignment of the track records to the working municipality and working district is dealt with. In addition, the allocation of job records of workers living abroad is dealt with. Finally, the points of attention regarding the quality of the results are discussed.

Provide jobs of employees with an Income Ratio ID according to the Employee Insurance Implementation Institute (UWV) (IKVID) that appear with a statement in the policy administration in (part of) December of the relevant year.
