Employee survey with information on employees in the care and welfare sector (01-05-2022 - 01-11-2022)
Description
The Employee Survey (WNE) collects information on employees working in the care and welfare sector. This concerns information about work characteristics such as the number of hours worked and the occupation that one has. In addition, it is about the theme of education and skills, and healthy and safe working. The research is carried out twice a year, a number of key questions are reflected in each measurement, other topics once a year or are determined per measurement. CBS is carrying out this study on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) for the Labour Market Care and Welfare research programme. In the AZW program, ten branches are distinguished.

### Methodology
For this investigation, a sample was drawn from the Polisadministratie. This concerns employees working in the care and welfare sector. To determine whether they work in this sector, the Standard Business Classification is used. A rotating panel has been put together for the study. Respondents participate in the survey up to four times, so a group of respondents stops per measurement and new respondents are added. The sample shall be drawn taking into account the ten lines of business. The results are adjusted by a weighting for non-response and increased to the total number of employees in the care and welfare sector.

Employees in the care and welfare sector. This sector is defined on the basis of the Standard Business Classification (SBI).
