NB: the use of these figures requires the approval of the Land Registry.

### Methodology
The transaction dates of the Land Registry are linked to the most recent WOZ values (WOZ stands for Valuation of Real Estate) of the homes in question that are known to Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
### Population
Sold existing homes that are on Dutch land and have been sold to a private individual.
