Description
The Employee Survey (WNE) collects information on employees working in the care and welfare sector. This concerns information on employment characteristics such as the number of hours employed and the occupation that one has. In addition, it is about the theme and #039;s education and skills, and working healthy and safe. The research is carried out twice a year, a number of core questions are reflected in each measurement, other topics once a year or are determined per measurement. CBS carries out this research on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) for the research programme Labour Market Care and Welfare. In the AZW program, ten branches are distinguished.

### Methodology
A sample was drawn from the Police Administration for this investigation. This concerns employees who work in the care and welfare sector. To determine whether they work in this sector, the Standard Business Classification is used. A rotating panel has been put together for the study. Respondents participate in the survey up to four times, each measurement stops a group of respondents and also adds new respondents. When drawing the sample, the ten branches shall be taken into account. The results are corrected by a weighting for non-response and increased to the total number of employees in the care and welfare sector.

Employees in the health and welfare sector. This sector is defined on the basis of the Standard Business Classification (SBI).
