This concerns both reporting and assessment data of persons. Capital shall be determined at the level of households based on the persons who are part of the household. For the compilation of the asset statistics, three groups of persons are distinguished: — Persons with income in box 3 (group 1) — Persons with a declaration of income tax, without income in box 3 (Group 2) — Persons without an income tax return note (Group 3). For the persons with income in Box 3, the capital data that form the basis for calculating the taxable income in box 3 are first used. This information is supplemented by the declaration details of the home; this income belongs to the income of Box 1. For the group with a tax return note and no income in box 3, the return details of the home and the data on the dividend tax withheld are used. The financial assets and debts are determined on the basis of the interest rate, dividend and loan data provided by the financial institutions to the tax administration, combined with the study debts from the WSF data. The assets in the form of real estate are calculated for this group from the WOZ data. For persons without a declaration note, the financial assets and assets in the form of immovable property shall be derived in the same way as for the persons in the second group. In addition, the WOZ data are used to determine the own home for this group and the rensignment data for determining the mortgage debt own home. The accumulated credit in savings and investment mortgages is calculated on the basis of information from the Residential Real Estate (RRE) dataset of De Nederlandsche Bank. Special groups in the observation form the independent entrepreneurs and significant interest holders. They may belong to either the first or the second group; the power is measured in the same way as for the other persons in these groups. In addition, the data provided by the self-employed entrepreneurs in the profit return is used. From the equity comparison, the value of the company is taken over as the company’s assets at the end of the year. Real estate within the corporate assets is valued according to the current WOZ value. In addition, data from corporate tax (vpb) are used for significant interest holders. The significant interest is determined by dividing the corporate tax assets among the significant interest holders per company. The real estate in the company and any shareholdings shall be valued according to the current value in the course of trade. Not all households have seen income/assets. When no income/capital has been observed from a household, then all fields related to monetary values are filled with "99999999999 &. ### Population Households belonging to the population of the Netherlands on 1 January of the year under review (actual end of the year preceding the year under review).
