Energy label certificates for homes (from 01-01-2014)
Description
The file contains information about energy labels of homes. For each reporting year, from the energy label database of RVO (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland) the energy labels with a recording date until the end of the reporting year are selected and linked to the housing stock. The energy labels database is a snapshot of the stand when applying for an energy label. A new update of the energy label is only mandatory when the property is sold. Thus, the energy label database does not provide information on the time of application of the saving measure or installation, only that the measure/installation had or had not been applied at the time of inclusion. Information on measures applied and information on theoretical consumption is not available for all homes with a registered energy label.

### Population
The population consists of homes with an energy label at the end of the year under review.
