Persons who have ever received debt restructuring through the Natural Persons Debt Remediation Act (from 01-01-1998)
Description
Persons on whom a debt restructuring has been pronounced. This concerns the statutory debt rescheduling issued by the court on the basis of the Act on Debt Restructuring Natural Persons (Wsnp). The Wsnp offers natural persons, who are in a problematic debt situation, the opportunity to become debt-free. The Council for the Judiciary provides the information.

### Methodology
It is possible for a person to return to the statutory debt restructuring. The file is therefore not unique on person, but in combination with the date variables.
### Population
This component includes all natural persons who have ever received a statutory debt restructuring. The integral observation has been since 1998.
All figures for all years remain for the time being. The source file, which forms the basis, can be updated retroactively. These updates are taken into account. However, it can be said that the number of adjustments in a given year decreases as time goes on.
