This file contains information about transfers by Safe Home.
In the execution of multiple services, Safe Thuis can take the decision to transfer, with which the interference of Safe Home stops. This can be done after completion of the safety assessment, after the service & Conditions & Continuation & #039; and after service 'Research '.
Transfer is possible to:
— one or more professionals, services or institutions;
— the directly involved themselves.
The exact date of transfer is not known, therefore the start and end dates of the entire case are included in this file.

### Methodology
The data is provided every six months by the 26 VeiligThuis organisations via a secure upload link to CBS.
Each VT receives a mirror and quality report of the file they have supplied and can decide to make an improved delivery.
In the case of processing by CBS, a number of selections and great finishes take place.
