Characteristics of rental properties Caribbean Netherlands (from 01-07-2019)
Description
This file contains data of rental properties in the Caribbean Netherlands. This data consists of the rental price and characteristics of the rental properties, such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, surface area of the house and location. This is a sample of rental properties on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. It is not known to what extent the sample is representative of all rental properties on the islands concerned.

### Methodology
Based on various sources, an overview has been made of possible rental properties on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. It is unknown to what extent this overview of rental properties is complete. A sample was then drawn from this overview per island and the characteristics of the rental properties were established from this sample. These characteristics have been established through field research (site visit, survey) and collection of data from authorities, such as a spatial planning service.
