Own contribution Social Support Act (Wmo) care with residence of persons 18 years and older (from 01-01-2015)
Description
This file contains the data of all persons aged 18 or over who have used Wmo care in the care year, the costs of which are borne by the Wmo-2015 (Social Support Act from 2015) and for which an own contribution (EB) has to be paid that is calculated via the low own contribution high own contribution (LEBHEB) system. This concerns care that the client receives by appointment at the care provider, or that the healthcare provider delivers to the client at home. WMO-funded care with residence includes shelter and protected living. Persons under the age of 18 do not have to pay EB and therefore do not appear in the file.
If the own contribution has started for the reporting year, the first day of the reporting year has been reported as the starting date of the own contribution. If the own contribution continues in the following reporting year, the last day of the reporting year is reported as the end date of the own contribution. It is also corrected for death. If the own contribution went through after the death, the end date of the own contribution is equal to the death date.
A rule reports the invoiced EB that a person pays per month for a period during which invoiced EB, living unit composition, pension entitlement, and contributionable income for a living unit does not change. As soon as one of these variables changes, a new line is created for the person concerned.
