Persons using Zvw-Wijkver Nursing (from 01-01-2015)

Description

Persons who need personal care or nursing due to a disease, illness or disability can use district nursing through the Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw). It is possible to take care of this care in kind (zin) and/or via a personal budget (pgb). This file contains data on claims for Zvw district nursing delivered to Vektis as a sentence or via a pgb, approved by the health insurers and supplied to Vektis. This file is based on the registration of Vektis. The use of this file requires permission from the data provider. This consent can be obtained by making a description of the use of the data. This description shall not exceed an A4 and shall contain the following components: short description project, target binding, years to use and variables to be used. This description should be sent to the email address: [mail address hidden – contact CBS]. SGZ will then contact the data supplier for arranging consent. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology In this file, the expenditure and scope of care used in the district nursing is given at person level, broken down by form of care (personal care, nursing, district nursing integral performance), delivery form (zin or pgb), date of start and end of the declaration. The declarations are aggregated by person, form of care, delivery form and start and end date. The volume per declaration is calculated on the basis of the number of recorded performances and the corresponding time unit. The volume recording of performance paid for with a pgb is not complete, and is therefore considered missing in this file. In case of missing data in terms of volume, the volume has been estimated based on the hourly rates calculated from the complete records. ### Population Persons who have used neighbourhood nursing (in kind and/or financed from a personal budget) (Vvw-funded) and were registered in the Basic Register Persons in the year.
