Persons with spent PCI at Wlz, Wmo 2015 and Youth Act (from 01-01-2015)

Description

The PGBWLZWMOJW file contains the declarations of persons with personal budgets (pgb) they have used for care and/or facilities funded by the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz), the Social Support Act 2015 (Wmo 2015) or the Youth Act. The file contains information about the budget holders, the budgets and the declarations. It also contains information about the care agreements that have been concluded to obtain the care and about the care providers who provided the care. The use of this file requires permission from the data provider. This permission can be obtained by sending an email to the email address: [mail address hidden – contact CBS]. Microdata Services will then contact the data provider to arrange permission. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology With a WLZ-pgb, nursing, care, counselling, accommodation, transport and domestic help from the elderly, chronically ill and disabled can be purchased. The Wmo-pgb 's concern budgets for guidance or for domestic help. The Jeudwet Pgb 's can be used for, for example, daytime activities, guidance and personal care. The budgets included in this file are allocated by the health care office (Wlz), or the municipality (Wmo 2015 and Youth Act). Following the long-term care reform, the & drawing rights system is ' imported. This means that since 2015 the pgb &s are no longer transferred to the budget holder, but to the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). The budget holder then has the right to have the SVB payments made to healthcare providers with whom an agreement exists. The budget holder concludes these agreements and sets out the individual agreements on the work, working hours, salary, duration and probationary period. From the drawing rights registration, SVB supplies a dataset to the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), containing all declared and approved payments from the pgb & #039;s and the healthcare agreements concluded between budget holders and healthcare providers. Since 2019, the healthcare offices and a number of municipalities have moved on to a new registration system (PGB2.0). The declarations submitted via PCI2.0 have a slight deviation in the classification on declaration type. As more healthcare offices and municipalities move, this will become more apparent as a trend break in the data. Since June 2021, all healthcare offices are over to PGB2.0. At the end of December 2022, only a few municipalities use PGB2.0. The care agreements were supplied in a separate file by the Social Insurance Bank, and subsequently linked by CBS to the data on declarations and budgets. This link is done on RIN Person, Rin Person of the Caregiver, Law and Date, as a second step for the still uncoupled care agreements on Rinperson, Rin Person of the Caregiver and Law and as a third step on the Rin Person and Rin Person of the healthcare provider. There is no hard link between this data. ### Population All persons with a personal budget and all care agreements for which the drawing rights registration of SVB is registered in the reporting year or at the point in time for which a declared and approved payment is charged to a Wlz or Wmo pgb.
