Description

This bus component contains data on the socio-economic category (SECM) of persons in a given month. The individual sources of income underlying SECM’s delimitation shall indicate whether a person has them in the relevant period. The component also indicates whether a person was enrolled as a pupil/student in the month in question. Data on assisting family members come from income statistics. Data on the population without income: GBAADRESBUSVV and NONGBAVERBLIJFBUSVV. Characteristics of the population (age): For information on the composition of these files, please refer to the descriptions of these files in the SSB. The SECM file is of the bus type. For a bus, dates are linked to states (the entity’s attribute values set). If the state of an entity changes, a new record is created with the initial validity of the date on which the change in attribute values occurred. The old record is then closed by filling the final validity. SECM has chosen to add the first day of the month to the situation in a month as initial validity and as final validity the last day of the month. Since 2017 the source files of SECM have changed. More information can be found in the Annex: SecM-revisionV20211.pdf. ### Population The population of the bus component consists of all persons with RINPERSOONS=&O#039;,'R' or 'S and#039; which occur somewhere in the reporting month, whether or not belonging to the population of the Netherlands.
