National Working Conditions Survey 2015 (INACTIVE) (01-01-2015 - 01-04-2015)
Description
The purpose of the National Survey on Working Conditions (NEA) is to map information on working conditions, employment content, employment relations and working conditions of workers. The NEA is carried out by TNO and CBS, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.

### Methodology
The NEA has been drawn with unequal opportunities and there are differences in response. As a result, the selection of the sample will differ from the composition of the population. The weighing technique that can remedy this is posstratification. In determining the weighing factors by means of post-stratification, account shall be taken of the unequal draw odds resulting from the sampling used and the distortion resulting from non-response shall be reduced. The weighting uses register data on gender, age, industry, origin, region and urbanity. In addition, the Occupational Population Survey uses data on training.

Employees aged 15 to 74, excluding self-employed persons.
