File containing data from research into the use of mechanical and other crop protection methods in agriculture. This is a multidimensional file, i.e. not all variables apply to all dimensions (=key variables). There are two dimensions: ' Crop ' and & group of mechanical control methods & #039;. In addition, there is another from 'crop ' derived dimension & #039; cultivation sector &. A crop always occurs in one growing sector. The description of each target variable indicates the dimensions to which the variable relates. The file is structured as follows: In the first columns are the three dimensions. Following the variables describing the total number of holdings and the number of holdings using plant protection products; —the variables describing the total area and the total area using plant protection products;In these subject groups, the order is that the variables that are most aggregated were first mentioned. To get from this file to states and tables that form the building blocks for the StatLine publication, a SPSS syntax file is enclosed. See also Annex Plant Protection Sample 2012.The results are only available at the level of the whole of the Netherlands, i.e. not regionally disaggregated. ### Population Agricultural holdings with a minimum size of EUR 3000 Standard Revenue.
