Description
Contains the municipality of residence and the 4-digit postal code on 1 January of the year and the municipality of residence on 31 December preceding that year of persons who are legally established population of the Netherlands as of 1 January of the year.

When do you use this file?
This file is intended to generate publications in which the population must correspond exactly to the statutory population per municipality as of 1 January of a year.
### Population
The legally established population is determined by determining, with a reference date of 15 February, the population registered in a municipality as of 1 January.
