Description
A registered (canton) criminal case is a file registered with the prosecutor’s office with the report of a report concerning one suspect. If more suspects are prevented in a report, a criminal case is registered for each suspect. A criminal case contains one or more facts. A fact in this regard is an event at a certain place and time.
