Description
Non-financial assets are objects that have an economic value, which have property rights and which are not monetary in nature. In practice, this is approximate to all (non-monetary) items that can be sold.

### Methodology
The balance sheet gives the market value of the non-financial assets. The changes in the value of the non-financial assets are also reflected. For example, the changes are due to price changes or purchases and sales of non-financial assets.
