Changes in the Dutch housing stock (01-01-1999-01-01-2012)
Description
Component about changes in housing stock at address level. The reason for mutation can be: addition by new construction, addition otherwise, extracted by renovation, extracted by demolition or extracted by change of destination. The source file concerns the mutations reported by the municipalities to CBS and has been provided by the Space and Real Estate team (the housing statistics). The counts at municipal level from this file can be found in the (stopped) Statline Table New Buildings and Housing Buildings by region.

### Methodology
The key combination SOORTOBJECTNUMMER + RINOBJECTNUMMER was introduced in the SSB on 1 July 2014 as a replacement for the address torque key RINADRES. This is linked to the transfer of the Wong Register to the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). This can lead to differences. Since in a number of cases there was an n:m-relationship between the new key and the then key, choices had to be made. This component has been converted to the new key as of 1 July 2014 and is uniquely created on the new key (& dedued ').The file contains both SOORTOBJECTNUMMER B and H. At SOORTOBJECTNUMMER B has RINOBJECTNUMMER the BAG as its origin. At initial letter H, the RINOBJECTNUMMER has a historical origin (objects from before 1-1-2012, e.g. objects that have already been demolished before that date).
### Population
The population includes all additions and withdrawals from the housing stock in one reference year. The unit consists of dwellings (addresses).
