Numerical postcode of a residence object (from 01-01-1995)

Description

This component provides a link between the numeric part (the first four positions) of the postcode belonging to an object and the object (RINOBJECTNUMMER) itself. This link also includes a start and end date. This makes it possible to distinguish situations in which the numerical postcode of an object changes. More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology Because the variable POSTCODE in combination with other variables can be identifying, additional disclosure risk should be taken into account when using this variable. In particular, the variables RINPERSOON and/or RINOBJECTNUMMER shall not appear in the same file together with the variable POSTCODE, unless this is necessary for the study. Due to disclosure risk, the use of this file should always be reported to the Satellite Coordinator Region and Space. Output criteria for publication to small areas are available via the Region and Space intranet page. ### Population Contains with effect from 1 January 2012 all residences from the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). From 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2011 all objects that were present in the former ADRESRUG in the SSB. As of 1-1-2012, the population covers all residences, standing and berths linked to an issued naming of the address regardless of whether the object is already in use. It contains not only inhabited objects, but also objects such as companies, schools and new-build homes whose names of the address have already been issued, but where no one lives yet. The population of this file is a cumulative set of RINOBJECTNUMMERS from 1995 for all objects. From 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2011, the postal code will only be displayed if the address appeared in the Municipal Basic Administration Persons (GBA). The population includes at least all objects up to and including the version number of the component. So in VSLPOSTCODEBUSV2017031, objects appear until the beginning of April 2017. The starting point is that from the December bus (VYYY121) the stand on 1 January of the new year can also be derived. From VSLPOSTCODEBUSV2017031 a trend break will occur in this component, read the reason for this in case of process progress.
