Coordinates of the 100x100 and 500x500 meters squares in which a residence object falls uncoordinated (from 01-10-2012)

Description

This component provides a link between an object (RINOBJECTNUMMER) and the square to which this object belongs based on its x- and y-coordinate (VIERKANT100M and VIERKANT500M). More information on how to access the data: > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### Methodology The vertices of each square are indicated by coordinates in multiples of 1 hectometer for 100 m squares and 5 hectometer for 500 m squares. As encoding for a square, the lower left coordinate of that square is maintained. The code of the square is made up of the number of hectometers in the x direction, preceded by a 'E ' (East) and the number of hectometers in the y direction, preceded by a &N ' (North). Coordinates in the x-direction below 100 kilometers shall be provided with lead-nerdles.A RINOBJECTNUMMER with the object coordinate number 90.113, 453.489 is given as: Square code 100 meters: E0901N4534. Square code 500 meters: E0900N4530.To which square an object belongs is determined on the basis of the object coordinate of the RINOBJECTNUMMER. This is a combination of an x-coordinate and a y-coordinate. These values are only useful for the area of the Dutch projection. This is the municipal territory of the state of the Netherlands and a small area around it on the North Sea, Germany and Belgium.In this component, only objects in the Netherlands are provided with a square. The values are therefore limited to locations on land and houseboat locations near land within the Netherlands.VSLVIERKANTTABVV has a direct relationship with component VSLCOORDTABVV in which per object (RINOBJECTNUMMER) the x and y coordinate of the object (XCOORDADRES and YCOORDADRES) is given. Only RINOBJECTNUMMERs with an x and y coordinate from that file are given a square code in VSLVIERKANTTABVV. The other objects are coded ‘-------------------------------------------------’ (=square code unknown).The x- and y-coordinates of an object are extracted from the Basic Registration Addresses and Buildings (BAG). For assignment of coordinates to historical objects (which do not link to the BAG) the coordinates of the relevant objects from older versions of the file ‘AdresCoordinates of the Netherlands’ (ACN) have been used (if available) using the coordinates of the relevant objects from older versions of the file ‘AdresCoordinates of the Netherlands’ (ACN) of the Kadaster.The Netherlands can be represented as a grid/grid that has been laid over the Netherlands. Using GIS (Geographical Information System) it is determined in which square the object coordinate of a given RINOBJECTNUMMER falls. The RINOBJECTNUMMER is assigned to that square.Every quarter new objects are added to this file. For subsequent versions, more recent data from BAG and/or ACN will be used. As a result, as a result of quality improvement in these sources in a subsequent version of this component, an object may be assigned a different, better x and y coordinate, potentially assigning some objects to another square.1x per year a coordinated=definitive component is delivered. These are not only inhabited objects, but also objects such as businesses, schools, new buildings where no one lives yet, etc.The population of this file concerns a cumulative set of RINOBJECTNUMMERs from 1995 for the inhabited objects (formerly RINADRESsen) and from 1998 for the remaining objects. The population includes at least all objects up to and including the version number of the component. So in VRLVSLVIERKANTTABV2014031 objects appear until the beginning of April 2014. The starting point is that from the December bus (VYYY121) the stand on 1 January of the new year can also be derived.
