Individuals with start-up labour cost subsidies (01-01-2005-01-01-2013)
Description
The component contains data on persons for whom a wage cost subsidy was started in the reporting month. The wage cost subsidy is the subsidy for labour costs granted by the municipality to an employer for a person belonging to the municipal reintegration target group. The subsidy may also be paid through a reintegration company. It is important that the subsidy can be traced back to a person.

### Methodology
The data are derived from the Statistics Reintegration by Municipalities (SRG). This statistics observes which reintegration pathways (including wage cost subsidies) have been offered by municipalities in order to reduce the distance from the labour market of people from the municipal target group.
### Population
All persons who started the wage cost subsidy in the reporting month.
