Description
This file contains all Diagnostic TreatmentsCombinations (DBC 's) closed from 01-01-2008 as supplied to the DBC Information System (DIS). This file is extended annually with recently closed DBC and#039;s, making it a longitudinal file.

### Methodology
After receipt of the DIS file containing all DBC 's, incorrect or non-population DBC &s are deleted, errors in the DBC &s are corrected and cool, and information is imputated where necessary. In addition, the DBC &s are provided with an increase factor, based on external framework data.
### Population
DBC and#039;s of all persons insured under the Health Insurance Act (ZVW).
