Municipal waste; Quantities (from 01-01-2013)
Description
This table provides information on the amount of municipal waste, broken down by type of waste, method of collection and treatment. The figures are given for the Netherlands total, for districts and provinces, and for size class and urbanity of municipalities. The size class is based on the number of inhabitants of the municipalities.
The statistics relate only to waste collected by or on behalf of the municipalities. As an exception, textiles and waste paper and cardboard collected by charitable organisations, schools and associations are included.

### Methodology
The data is obtained by means of an integral survey of all Dutch municipalities
