This dataset provides an overview of the number of civil cases in the Netherlands ended with a judgment/judgment or order from 1942.

### Methodology
The information on civil cases in the courts and courts comes from the registration of the Council for the Judiciary. The information on civil cases at the Supreme Court comes directly from this court. Until the year 2000, the data was collected by means of a written survey.
### Population
Judgments, judgments and orders in the courts (civil and canton sectors), the courts and the Supreme Court.
